Glad we finally pulled out a W. Such a STRUGGLE WIN at that... Should not have been close with a D2 opponent. Luckily, we get Tyrie back next game!! Thanks god!

I don't even have the words.......our offensive play calling is sooooo bad. We are lucky to have snuck out a win tonight. Thankfully N Greenville's QB missed a lot of pass attempts (something like 5 of 18).
Will Jones had good numbers tonight completion wise, but most of his completions were short screens or check downs. We didn't challenge N. Greenville's secondary at all. I think we only had 2 or 3 completions where the ball actually was thrown more than 7 or 8 yards.
There is no way we can expect to compete with SoCon teams with the display that we had tonight. I am not convinced the dual offensive coordinator role is going to work.

I think this tells you all you need to know about what Chancellor Brown is going to do about football. You'd think Speir just won the conference championship. I wonder if she knows we are Div. I and NGU is Div. II?

"The first win of many..." ? ? ? ?
If Dr. Brown believes that, she does not understand the reality around her. And she does not need to be in her role if she has no more wisdom and discernment than to believe that. All she has to do is look at a simple record.
Winning percentage of 0.36 after 9 years.

Amen, Brother! Negativity is absolutely TOXIC. Athletes understand the importance of talking about what is really good and not DWELLING on what’s jacked up.
