Just curious. Are youdoing the reverse mojo thing where you think if you pick Furman, Western will win or do you actually think they will beat us? I am not giving you a hard time but just curious if you think that they will come into our house against this Team and beat us. What have you seen that makes you feel this way? You might be right, but I don’t see it. I am not saying that it will be an easy game but if we get a few breaks, I think this is our year. We should have beaten them last year. We had a clear touchdown called back in the first half and had an egregiously bad call on the last play of the game and only lost by 7. You don’t have to respond but just curious what you see that I don’t. |

No I struggled with the pick this week. I honestly think it will be a toss up. I am concerned about the defense and the amount of penalties we had vs UTC. I think if we play well on the defensive side of the ball and limit our mistakes we can win. I also worry about the moment and how big it is for the school. I worry about the moment over taking us early and if we do not start out strong we would have a repeat of last year where we have to come from behind. The last thing that played into my pick is the amount of injuries we had from key positions in the UTC game. I know Desmond is talked about the most but we had others injured as well. Again if all or most come back we can win but we don't know who will be lining up.
