The Cats With Bats had 14 student athletes named to the 2014 SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
The academic honor roll consists of student-athletes who participated in varsity sports at member institutions and posted a 3.0 grade point average or higher while passing at least 24 hours in two semesters of classes or its equivalent for other academic calendars.
Dillion Bray (Engineering), Colton Davis (Criminal Justice),Taylor Durand (Sports Management), T.J. Fussell (Entrepreneurship-Distance), Jacob Hoyle (Double Major, Business Management and Finance), Cody Jones (Health and PE), John McClure (Sports Management), Tyler Powell (Biology), Bryan Sammons (Engineering), Jordan Smith (Sports Management), Matt Smith (Business Management), Dykota Spiess (Sports Management), Bradley strong (Accounting) and Nate William (undecided).
