I am feeling that we have at least a 50/50 chance of getting a commitment from SenCere McMahon this Monday. He is a great Guard, and especially if we don't have Mason, he could help right away.
Go Cats!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you are right. Do you think that Mason will actually be drafted in any round? My gut is no. He is a good player for us but is he an NBA caliber player? I just figure he is testing the waters and getting his name out there for next year. Also, if a player is not drafted in the first round, the chances of making the roster of an NBA team is slim to none. I have looked at several mock drafts and so far he is not listed as being drafted. I sure hope the kid gets some good advice because it is a lot to give up a free education for a very long shot at the NBA. If I am wrong and he is the next Steph Curry, please let me know.

I hope Mason comes back to WCU, but if we do lose him, McMahon would be a great addition. Hope next year, we have both Mason and McMahon.
GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice to see a couple of big guys committing. These last couple of verbals already are 220+, so not hard to see them getting up to 240+ in a year or 2 and giving us some depth down low (height and weight) to go along with some good guards.

He led the Blue Devils with an average of 17.7 points per game in scoring 321 points, shooting 53 percent from the field and 35 percent behind the arc. In addition, he pulled down an average of 5.6 rebounds per game while tallying 3.0 assists with 1.2 steals per game. A two-sport athlete, Brown also played football for the Blue Devils and head coach Frank Arritt.

JUST WONDERING:
We have around 7 or 8 players that have committed to us, BUT, have not signed.
I think the kid from Iona from Sweden, Banks from FUMA, and Price from Salt Lake Community College have signed, given us only 8 kids that are on the roster. Has anyone heard of any of the other(verbal) commits have signed that we have not heard about or not?
GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jerry, any news that you have heard?
Jerry, you are the best WCU sports source since Steve White in my opinion. Thanks for all you do for Catamount fans.
