New additions to the board

I've added a couple of new additions to the board, as a trial.
1 - A "Critique this Post" pull down menu at the top right of each post, that will allow you to critique a post if you desire.
The choices are: -Terrible -Poor -Fair -Decent -Excellent -Unbelievable
Of course you don't have to use the "critique" feature
2 - Once you post on a topic, your avatar will appear on the menu of post. Just a feature to let you see which topics you've already posted on.
These are not necessarily permanent features to the board, I just wanted to try them out and see if you folks like them. I can remove them if they are not well received. Let me know what you think of them.
