is it me or does the new field look just like the old one. what is improved about it? It’s all about the performance stuff under it. It’s not going to look any different. As much as I hated the barstool full purple fields, I think WCU missed the mark with getting creative on the end zones.

Yes. Can they power wash it please? Better yet, paint the concrete WCU colors?? Is that silly? Something got to happen there.

looks the same as the old one. If i did not know they got new turf i would think it was the same turf as last year

looks the same as the old one. If i did not know they got new turf i would think it was the same turf as last year Colors and texture are much more vivid than the old turf. They've also added some gold accents along the sidelines that look sharp. Looking forward to seeing the finished product, although skeptical that we'll be seeing football this season. Fingers crossed, but trying to be realistic.
