I know they are paying but we used to beat Liberty like a drum and now they have passed us too.I don't which Western Carolina you attended, but the one I attended has a 3-3 record versus the Flames. Not sure how we beat them like a drum? I think that one time we did have a lop sided win in Cullowhee, but other than that, they were pretty competitive, of course we have lost two straight against Liberty. With the wads of money Liberty has for athletics, they long ago pass almost everyone in the FCS by, so that's not a disgrace for WCU. Sometimes I think you need your very own personal "fact checker". You missed the point once again.

I just can't see getting guys up to play two games 2 1/2 months from now. Part of the greatness of football is the "payoff" at the end of the week on Friday or Saturday. Practicing week after week with no game to look forward to sounds pretty hollow to me.

Does anyone know how the practice schedule is structured? Are they full practice every day? or are they doing a modified practice schedule? I would expect a modified schedule designed to keep players engaged and learning, but also, keeping them fresh.

I don't understand why nothing is being put out by the university about the practice schedule, there seems to be a total black-out about football at Western Carolina.
