According to their donors a couple high level donors and politicians forced the schools hand. Have heard the owner of Johnson city Honda who is a huge donor led the charge.

Yes, agree, not trying to make it political. Will edit that post I wasn't pointing you out, I just wanted to make sure the thread didn't head in the wrong direction. If you read the ETSU board, you can see how ugly it's gotten. I have no idea if the ETSU coach was forced to resign, or what the reason was for his resignation, but we don't need the wild, political speculation that's abundant on the ETSU board, on our main board. We've got enough problems of our own without adding ETSU's problems. |
