Given the way Longwood manhandled both American and UMBC, I expected to get blown out. Great game for a team that was predicted to win 2 games by some idiot just two weeks ago - and now we have 3 wins only six games into the season. Go roundball Cats!

The Big South refs did almost everything in their power keep the Lancers from losing the game... |

The Big South refs did almost everything in their power keep the Lancers from losing the game... Kind of like how the SoCon refs tried to help VMI yesterday? Even the VMI announcers were surprised a couple of times - like the ball placement that stalled one of our drives and a pass interference call. |

From a Longwood fan site. The Lancers lost a lot more ground after yesterday's game than we gained (We climbed about 13 spots in KenPom).
