Was gonna post this too and glad someone else already did. Most people on here probably don’t even no much about Coach or his story. One of if not best men ever had pleasure to know. He touched a lot of people’s lives deservingly so. We played for same coach back in NH and how Western got stuck with me lol. Love Coach LeClair ☺️ and his family.

Was definitly one of the greats. Took from us too soon, great man, great coach and who knows what he would have become had he lived a long life. He would have been 56 and probably still coaching somewhere. He has left a great coaching legacy as well as an inspiration to his teammates, players and even those who coached with him at WCU and ECU.

Man, I love Keith!
I met him in my first class in 1984. We were both Freshman and we took a speech class. I sat next to him and from that moment, we remained good friends. I learned so much from him and honestly, he is a key figure that help me get back my belief and commitment to follow Jesus.
The way he handled ALS was truly heroic. I remember emailing him and his response was "Kirk, just go hug your kids, that's what I miss most!" Now, that I have been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, I hope that I have the same courage, optimism and outlook as Keith did.
It's pretty cool that we both had our jersey's retired!

I heard that the OL players really like our new OL coach, Coach Darveau.
