He wants to win and Westerns System was not perfect for him but ISUs system is perfect for him and they will utilize him the way he wants to be utilized. Also, he wants to play at a higher level than the SoCon. Last I checked, ISU is a mid-major in a mid-major conference.
Where was he this season? Did he have to sit out this past season at Illinois State? Strange! Someone please enlighten me.
He played as a grad student at Illinois State. Played in 22 games, averaged 9 mins per game, scored an average of 1.9 points per game, 1.3 rebounds per game, hit a total of 15 field goals out of 54 attempts during the season. Not a glamorous season for sure.
Illinois State was 11-21 overall for the season, and 6-14 in conference play. He certainly didn't move up...
