Yes it was.....Big win for the SoCon and my hat's off to you for making the call on the upset which I liked but couldn't pull the trigger.....Kennesaw State preseason picked to win the ASUN Conference which includes Jacksonville State and Eastern Kentucky.....Down side to last night's games CITADEL is really bad....Check out there stats for the game....Threw a total of 5 passes for 35 yards and 2 of the passes were intercepted....They earned preseason last place in the SoCon.....

Agree on both counts - huge win for Samford (and by default the SoCon), but Citadel looked horrible. Their defense settled down a little, but the first 2 drives they looked like the old WCU defense - gashed for big runs, couldn’t tackle, etc. Maybe Campbell will be really good and KSU was too highly ranked - you never know given it is week 1. But Samford looked like a really good D and Citadel looked bad all around.
