Steve White alerted me to the crazy Tournament schedule. SoCon has almost guaranteed that a lower seed will not spoil the party and go to a Regional.
Check it out.
1 and 2 get a double bye.
3 and 4 get a single bye.
5/8 and 6/7 play the first day in single-elimination (play-in).
How much pitching can the two survivors have to use against the top seeds... IF they can get that far.

There’s not one pitcher that I would say deserves a baseball scholarship. I could give a list of the jokes on this team but I know Jerry would not let me. A lot of scholarships need to be pulled by Coach Beck at the end of this season. |
