In case anyone here plans to attend. It’s a day full of fun at Five Star Stadium, for Mercer Fans & for Visiting Fans. Current forecast is sunny and rather warm - expected high of 84. That’s why they call it Maconga.

How many folks we got going to the game? I’m an hour away and debating if, assuming the wife doesn’t plan me something lol

Hope our team goes down to Macon the night before since it is a long bus ride. Go Cats! The team always goes the day/night before for all games, even for the Furman game which is only 1:45 from campus. |

First, it doesn't bother me that FUBeAR comes on the other boards to talk about his teams or the games. I go on other team's sites to talk about the games and/or sometimes to provide info about the Cats (or sometimes to try and defend us). So, then you are Western Carolina's FUBeAR ? |

I'd like to think I approach it a little differently, but I do go onto sites of the teams we are playing during that week, and I post on AGS (and vote for their top-25). I actually think it is good to have people excited about FCS and particularly SOCON football. And let's face it, FUBeAR can't really talk on Mercer's board other than to himself. So I totally get why he does as much posting in other locations so he can be part of the conversation. |

That said, FUBeAR cares as much about “being part of any conversations” just as much as WCU’s Offense seemed to care about scoring Touchdowns against Campbell. 1) FUBeAR posts, wherever & whenever he posts, to entertain himself and… 2) …to hopefully, entertain & inform any intelligent & discerning readers. If you meet that criteria, you might enjoy reading FUBeAR’s posts. If you don’t enjoy reading FUBeAaR’s posts, then, perhaps, you just aren’t FUBeAR’s target audience. That’s perfectly OK. 3) FUBeAR also seeks to inform ALL readers and… 4) …to be a catalyst inspiring thought-provoking and, hopefully, entertaining conversations about FCS & more so SoCon Football. That’s it. No sense in overthinking it. |

Any Middle Georgia-based (seems broadly defined) Education peeps and Students, even if you obviously need more education and remain a WCU Fan, can come to Saturday’s game FREE … on FUBeAR (well…sorta).
