Im gonna go out on a limb and say it does not have much to do with learning to play ball. No matter how much talent a team has you will not win with all the other crap going on.

IF ....BIG IF...I were given the opportunity, i would love to C-O-A-C-H this team and motivate this T-E-A-M.

This team was split apart before the season got started...they as players, coaches, administration, fans, and family have not come together to work the issues out. There has been a lot of wood splitting going on and a lot of splinters received unnecessarily by everyone. There is no chemistry between coaches to coaches, coaches to players, and players to players. You are witnessing the worst and it will not get better until the Coaches and Playes do not come together on a common ground...I see poor coaching, (all matters of the game), I see poor player execusion on the field and at the plate. It might be time for the adminstration of the Atheletic Department of WCU to step in and have "A coming to Jesus" meeting with all parties in closed quarters and air it all out, shake hands, make up and get back focus on the importance of WCU...Acedemics followed by competitive Athletics and those of Leadership to Lead those of inexperience to a betterment of WHOLE PERSON.

Folks, there is less than 30 games left on schedule, for some, their last 30 games of their baseball CAREER. Go out and have fun, make things happen as a player, let things happen as a coach. Let hitters hit and pitchers pitch and catchers catch and fielders make plays. Stop over analyzing and trying to coach from a program or chart of past events and coach with intuition and gut feeling. This is not a complicated game.

BTW...I am not a WCU Alumn, but I do have a vested interest in several of the players from past and current and maybe future.
