Now that we dropped our home opener to The Citadel, how much will attendance to the Mars Hill game drop off? It's "family weekend" in Cullowhee, so lots of parents should be there and will attend the game with their student. It's the average fan that traveled to Cullowhee to the the game last Saturday, that just may stay home this coming weekend.
My prediction: 7,950

Count my family and I out of the attendance, I would be there but have another function to attend that has been scheduled for months and deliberately so on the Mars Hill weekend

It's Monday and I am still bummed over Saturday so I am still undecided on making the trip! Hopefully I feel better by Friday and will be there to support the team but right now I am not feeling it! I say 7,000!

Sorry to say, my hearts just not into driving to the mountains to see the Cats play a team that they should beat by 40 points.
Well they win, I can honestly say, I'm not sure they will. I certainly don't want to see them lose to a DII team, but I'm not sure it's worth my time to see them beat a lower division team. Since I season tickets, I'll be counted as attending anyway.
I don't think they will break the 7,000 mark.

I'll go with 7,500
We'd have a very large crowd IF we had beaten Citadel. Lots of disappointed folks out there, just like every other year.

With the rain, and last week's loss, I'll put it at about 7,500

The official paid attendance was 7490, however, if there was actually 3,000 in the stands, I'd be surprised.
