J.T. Poston led from start to finish, completing his individual championship run with a final round, even-par, 72, for a three-round score of 10-under par, 206, to win the 2014 Southern Conference Men's Golf Championship which concluded Tuesday at the par-72, 7,122-yard National Golf Club.
Not only was he selected as All-Conference, but he was also named the Southern Conference Player of the Year.
