Georgia Southern wins their first game in the NCAA, over #5 Florida State, 7-0

WCU guys go 1-2 on first day.
GSU (Hennon and Moore) 7-0 vs Florida St
Bethune-Cookman (Beverlin and Shaft) lost 1-0 at Miami
Binghamton (Sinicki) lost 8-0 at Oklahoma St.
Two former SoCon teams beat national seeds today. GSU with win over FSU and CofC beat #2 Florida 3-2. What used to be one of the best mid-major conferences is no more.

KSU beat GSU 15-5 on Saturday. To win the regional, GSU will need to win 2 times on Sunday, then beat KSU again on Monday..

I'm happy for Kennesaw State... Hope they go up to Louisville and do enough damage there to be able to go to Omaha...
