I have heard Bullock hurt his hand in his last at bat and may be out for a while. This is why he has been out. As far as Sparks playing out of position I know it's tough but he is not the only one that I've been told about. Blaquire was our 3rd baseman last year now at SS, and from what I heard Bigbie caught in HS too, C. Robinson was an infielder only now in OF, L. Robinson has always caught only now reps at 1B, . Not just Sparks out of position. From what I've read on here Fricks hasn't seen time in his normal spot either.

Hoping for a speedy recovery. His presence is needed. Interesting to hear about all the players playing out of position. Shakin' my dang head.

Big Baseball you must be smoking something. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. The guy can't recruit or coach. Lol! As a former Cat, someone surely sees he is a used car salesman. Bob, maybe you should watch your insults. My late father was a used car salesman and an honest one at that. I don't give a rat's ass if you are a former player or the greatest athlete WCU ever produced, you are not welcome to post on this board. PERIOD. Dang, seems a little harsh doesn't it?

Some things I found out when I was in the Army, this is not a democracy, actions have consequences and don't insult someone's mama or daddy. I don't know who Bob is, but I think he stepped over the line about Coach Mo and certainly about used car salesmen. This is a place to discuss Catamount athletics, not a place to disparage others. For those that post totally anonymously (without joining the board), the lease is much shorter than for regular members.

Bullock is one of my favorite players. They really need him back. What a great kid! Any word on when he will be back? I haven't seen Fricks in the last 2 games. Is he hurt too? Saw that kid in high school. I'm friends with the Tenn Tech coach and they wanted him bad. I hope he is okay. Hoping for a speedy recovery. His presence is needed. Interesting to hear about all the players playing out of position. Shakin' my dang head. GATA Cats

We supposedly have all the funding to finally be fully funded (or very close to fully funded dont remember the exact number but somewhere around $179k i think. However i thought legislation was passed that would make instate tuition like $500 or some really low number for 3 state schools including WCU. Maybe doesnt apply to athletics? If so id cheat and make them walk ons) next year but there is still the possibility that some of that money could be moved to other programs. If that happens we will really know how the baseball program is viewed by administration. Correct me if im wrong

Big Baseball you must be smoking something. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. The guy can't recruit or coach. Lol! As a former Cat, someone surely sees he is a used car salesman. Bob, you just stepped on the foot of the guy that runs this board. For whatever reason he does not like former WCU Jocks posting comments on this board that are disparaging toward the Coaching Staff or the players. Flacatamount use to be a voice of balance against the long list of Cheerleaders on this board. Being in business for a long time, I am use to attacking a problem and determining the Root Cause of the problem. Since Athletics are comprised of Coaches & Players, it boils down to how effective players are playing or how well coaches are coaching. On this board, you are limited to what you can say about the root cause(s) of a team’s poor performance. You will not get a LIKE from the Administrator or a number of other people on this board if you deal with reality or use the wrong words to describe failures in sports at WCU. Just like the Administrator said, he does not give a rat’s ass if any of us were on a Catamount Team in the past. I have never heard him use that type of language in the past concerning past athletes at WCU. However, it has really caused me to take a pause after his post. I think Jerry is more concerned about recruiting & Parents than he is concerned about the posters on this board. He maybe right and it might be good for the overall support for sports in general. Bob, just remember you have to be politically correct on this board to keep in good graces with some people on this board & Admin.
