Kent State was voted the preseason favorite of the Mid-American Conference (MAC), and the Golden Flashes have won either a MAC regular season or tournament championship in 10 of the last 11 years. The Golden Flashes come to Cullowhee after dropping 2-of-3 at No. 7 Arkansas last weekend. The Cats trail in the all-time series against Kent State, 5-6, WCU and the Cats dropped 2-of-3 at home a year ago against KSU.

I'll be there for this game - all the way from Texas. Personal message me if you want to have a beer in the parking lot.

A novel idea:
Take the best 9 batting averages, put them in the positions where they play and see what happens.
Take the pitcher with the best ERA and stick him on the mound.
Bad performance, next guy goes in. Cream will rise to the top. Freshman, Redshirt, Junior, Senior, Bosom Buddy, Field Crew -- same rules apply - no favorites. I bet everyone will play better!
Now, I'm gonna do some exercise. GO CATS!

Coach Mo must see this board. If he doesn’t, maybe he is getting it second hand. That’s good!
He’s taken the advice. Two more changes and he will have it. Blaquiere went to third. Good. Prater went to short. Good. Now, keep Bigbie’s bat in at DH, but Fricks at 2nd and Cappell always Pinch hitting with rotating outfield depending on who is hitting and you’ll have it.
There’s your starters. Keep hitting stay in. Don’t , you don’t.

Yes. Big bat for Bigbie but not a lot of range. Your suggested lineup is being followed with exception of Fricks. Moving Blaquiere to third and Prater to short — see how much better they play in position.
Fricks is a pure 2b. He made a play last year at pro day that not a lot of mif make. And that was before he got stronger and faster.
Let Bigbie bat, but let’s get a middle infielder to play middle infield. You saw how much better it worked today. It makes our pitchers better.

Nothing at stake. Just like to see things done that respect the game. Give them a chance. And play players. Let's get this thing going tomorrow Cats. This is D1 baseball. You shouldn't have to be hiding players in the batting order and developing players to play new positions. Don't be happy with getting close today Cats. Put a baseball lineup out there tomorrow and let's Get After Their Ass.
