Date/Location: Tuesday, May 22, 2018 | 10:00 am | Greenville, SC | Fluor Field Radio: Catamount Sports Network TV/Video: SoCon Digital Network Live Stats: GameTracker The Series: Western Carolina leads in the all-time series against The Citadel, 86-66, with the first meeting dating back to 1974, the Bulldogs took two of three from the Cats in late March in this season's series. The Bulldogs' 2018 Record: 19-33 overall, 8-16 SoCon, 7-11 away, & 0-0 neutral fields It's an interesting season when the two most storied programs in the SoCon are reduced to this year's play-in game. It all comes down to lose and go home or win and face #1 seed UNCG on Wednesday at approx. 1:30 pm. While the Bulldogs did win this year's series played in Charleston, the Cats did win one of the two games. Here's hoping the Cats can make a run at the championship.

We've got to at least make it to the double elimination round, that means a win on Tuesday.

You got 9 players on the team with an on base % over .300 and 2 of them is hurt. 9-2 = 7.
Cats should play money ball like the A's did. Or you can start the same old faithful that batted around .200 in the 3 games at Citadel. Take our catcher out of the games and it was worse.
If you got a pipe to the Coach, tell him money ball works and it sure can't hurt.

The boys look ready! I saw Bo on the video hitting! He said he crushed a few over in BP! Go cats!! I sure hope they do. Nice video. I seen your boy play a couple of times this year. At home, he knocked one off the wall and he killed it against Louisville. Hate it that he is a casualty of this season. Kids like him, Cappell, Wilder and Parks got the shaft. If they had gotten regular at bats, who knows where this team would be. No changes this week though. I still stand by my posts. When the freshman prater was getting garbage at bats, he was around 200. Now he gets regular at bats and make the all conference freshman team. Look at the others who got to see the ball some and what happened. Your kid and the other ones on here would have to, but the shaft got em -- all of em. 40 or 50 abs and none strung together. MLB pinch hitters can't hit with something like that. I wish your boy luck. He and the others probably won't get to play this tournament, but hold your head up. Had they played anywhere else, they would have tore it up. They are good players, but Coach played is deck. Maybe the higher ups paying some attention. Need a big mountain wind to clean this up.
