Henry was really only 5'11" when officially measured by the NBA and ABA scouts. Leonard Hamilton, Florida State's head coach, said in an interview during the ACC Tournament that Logan had the same kind of impact on college basketball in the South as did Zion Williamson. Leonard's brother, Willie, played at WCU. Dave Odom, former head coach at Wake Forest and South Carolina, played against Logan in the old Carolinas Conference and said he was the most exciting player he has ever seen. I'll never forget watching Henry and Pete Maravich go head to head in a summer camp game of ACC, SEC and NAIA players in Waynesville. Both Henry and Pete scored over 50 points without the 3-point field goal line.

For the ones in the know. Do these 2 signings seem like good pickups?

For the ones in the know. Do these 2 signings seem like good pickups? from the coach.... he likes 'em.... “ Xavier Cork is the type of student-athlete that we will always recruit. He is a great kid and a very good student,” Prosser stated. “On the court, Xavier will add a dynamic to our team that we absolutely need. He possesses the size and athleticism to impact the game at both ends of the floor, whether it be finishing at and around the rim on offense or defending and influencing shots for our opponents on defense. Xavier’s progress in the last year has been remarkable, and the sky is the limit for him as a player. We are very fortunate to add Xavier to our team.” McCray is a 6-1 guard from Timmonsville, S.C. and attended Village Christian in Fayetteville, N.C. under head coach Kurtis Darden. During his senior season, McCray helped lead Village Christian to a runner-up finish in the NCISAA 3-A state tournament and earned a spot on the NCISAA 3-A All-State Team. He was named to the Fayetteville Observer’s Best of 910Preps All-Star team. As a junior, McCray was named the Sandhills Athletic Conference Player of the Year and a member of the NCISAA 3-A All-State Team. McCray played AAU Basketball for Team Loaded NC and head coach Erik Glenn. “ Travion McCray is a young man that we have known and recruited for years,” Prosser said. “Like all of our young men, Travion is a great kid and competes very hard in the classroom. On the court, Travion is a relentless competitor. He hates to lose and plays with great passion and emotion. He is a dynamic combination guard that excels creating offense for himself and others. He has the potential to be a tremendous defender on the perimeter. We are very fortunate to add Trae to our team.” Along with Cork and McCray, the Catamounts signed guard T yler Harris from Independence HS in Charlotte for the 2019-20 season during the early signing period in late November.

I would love for us to get Nick Evtimov from Greensboro Country Day. His father was a very good player for UNC and his uncle was great for NC State. Nick reminds me of Luke May from UNC. He would make our players under basket very strong(Carlos, Zavier, Nick, and Sledd) would be AWESOME
