I read somewhere that Samford has won 10 SoCon championships this year, I only know that Furman won the mens & womens cross country titles, so I guess Samford has won everything else? How do they do it?
I'm hoping for success this upcoming season in football, everything else has been disappointing for the Catamounts.

Why couldn't this have been Western Carolina? First off, the administration DOES NOT see athletics in the same way that the administration of Samford University does. We don't emphasis winning and championships, the same way Samford's president and athletic directors does. It's obvious to everyone, we don't put money and emphasis on winning... WCU - Last in the SoCon in almost EVERYTHING concerned with athletics, and it shows. Has a any other team ever been this dominate in the SoCon for any one single season?  |
