For reference and to keep things in perspective, the state of Tennessee gives tons of money to the universities for athletics.. It’s barely a fair comparison.

To really keep things in perspective, the figures I posted are reality. NC is so bad, I guess that's why Appy State's athletic budget is $37 million? Makes no difference what Tennessee, SC, NC, or VA & Ga does, those figures are what WCU does NOT do, and that's support athletics.

I agree with you 100% and you know about Tennessee but many don’t know that the state funds a bunch of their public school athletic budgets.
