NCAA announces multi-time transfers will receive immediate eligibility next season

Multi-time transfers who enter the portal this fall/winter will be eligible to play at a new school in fall 2024 without a waiver, per On3’s Pete Nakos. The NCAA provided more information in a memo it sent to schools on Thursday.

I think the NCAA is struggling to stay relevant and trying to keep the big boys like the SEC and other huge conferences from defecting and starting their own league. There will be more of these kind of decisions because of that. This is free agency in college sports.

The breakup of the ncaa would be the best thing to happen to college sports in my opinion. They have shown themselves to be totally corrupt and indulging in favoritism to protect their "cash cows" when it comes to violations etc.
