That's just wonderful. We finally have the pieces in place for a consistent, winning program and we start losing a bunch of those pieces.

And we will continue to lose players and coaches to bigger programs the better we get. The best we can do is help them pack their bags and say best of luck, because we cannot compete with the money they will get paid or the exposure that they get from the higher programs.

Look at the top tier programs in the US. Alabama, UGA, Michigan, etc., all have revolving doors around their asst coaching staff. The key is to have the foresight and connections to replace those coaches on their way up. BTW - I was at a doctor's appt a couple weeks ago, and one of the staff commented about my WCU shirt. She is Arketa Banks wife who is now at GA State - along w/John Holt - but y'all know that....
