At what point will Coach Gray consider a lineup change? The current playing rotation is getting offensive production from basically 3 or 4 players, and almost nothing from anyone else.
The starting guards play 30+ minutes/game and are doing most/all of the scoring. For most games, we get little to no bench points.
Maybe it's time to change the rotation and go to a much smaller lineup. With no offense coming from the bigs, it's easier for opposing defenses to key on our guards. Our 3 bigs (Lampton, Williams, and Granger) are combining for 7 points per game average. That's less than 3 points/game each.
Maybe Palote could be a bigger contributor if he were inserted in the starting lineup, and getting more minutes.
With all the close games we have lost this season, an additional 5 or 6 points from a "big" could mean the difference between the close losses, and close wins🤷

It’s a great idea but Coach said that we are redshirting a lot of players this year. Besides Pelote and Robertson, I don’t know who else we have to change the lineup up with. I think we have the starting 5 and those 2 subs so we only have 7 players that we can play. If there are others that are not being redshirted, please let me know.

Our normal rotation is: Starters- Jones Jr, Woolbright, Jackson, Campbell, and Lampton Subs- Pelote, Granger, Williams, and Robertson
I would love to see more minutes from Pelote, Williams and Robertson. I can't see any of them with redshirts, based on the number of minutes they play. Pelote seems like a natural fit in the starting rotation, if The Cats went small, in place of Lampten

I'd like to see more of Pelote I think. The sportswriter from Chattanooga talked about this some on his youtube channel, and pointed out that Lampten's offensive deficiencies are so glaring that you can overlook his defensive impact, which is considerable. He has a big impact on that end of the floor. Still, Pelote is pretty dynamic offensively when he gets in a groove. It does seem like coach needs to mix things up, but his options are limited.

Personally I would like to see this starting 5:
G:Russell Jones Jr. G:Tre Jackson G:DJ Campbell
F:Vonterius Woolbright F:Bernard Pelote
Since we get absolutely no scoring and much of any kid of production from the bigs, I would like to see us play small ball. Pelote has the potential to score and shoot the ball from 3.

Ok I’m gonna be the odd man out here. I don’t think it’s completely fair to knock the bigs scoring when there are zero plays run for them. An occasional allyoop once every 5 games or so. The only chance they have to score is an offensive put back. But heck, how many bunnies can Granger miss? Seriously. But feed them the ball once in awhile even just for a kick out to a guard for an open jumper. Kinda like running up the middle in football just to keep the defense honest. Ok I’m done. Sorry. Ps. Granger I LOVE your hustle big guy!!

It isn't a line-up problem.....If you look at the games we lost we were throwing bricks up from the 3 point line....Shooting 20-30 %.... We want win this way.....

I was assuming that you are saying that the 3 big men are not bringing much to the table. Coach rotates the 3 bigs now and if you exclude them, what else can Coach do to “shake up the lineup” with just Pelote and Robertson. You are right that he can start Pelote for his offensive ability but that is about it. In my opinion, Coach is doing about everything he can to use the players he has to work with and he is trying to use the big guys he has to the best of their abilities.
