It is going to be a very rough year next year. We lose 85% of the scoring and possibly a whole new team between the kids who leave if the coaches leave plus the ones who are graduating

Making sure Justin Gray is in Cullowhee is priority #1. I feel like if that happens, everything else falls into place.

It's only going to pick up more now the season is over. I think the foundation has been there for days

I think we offer him an extension but I don't think for Gray it is about the money. I see it kinda like taking a job to build your resume knowing the first bigger company comes calling you already know you are leaving even if it is the same amount of money

The SoCon has laid this season to rest for the Catamounts, and I'm sure that he and the team will decline one of those minor tournaments like they played in last season (it would also delay his departure)...

We could still play in a tournament even if Gray leaves which we still do not know if it is true. It might be true, but until we hear it from the horses mouth, no one on this board knows. We would just need to offer the head job to Coach Lightfoot and let him coach in the tournament. I hope that Western would not deny these young men a chance to compete in a tournament after a 22 win season just because of what a head coach chooses to do. That would not surprise me because that is about par for what we would do but I hope we put the student athlete first this time. If we don’t go to a tournament that means that we are not putting the student athlete first.

Now, if we got a bid to the NIT, I might think differently, but that's pie-in-the sky dreams for a SoCon team. SoCon = no respect.

Like 25-35k why would they pay for it again since we were a first round exit last year
