Give them some credit, their move to FBS is paying off big. 2 games in CH and 1 in Boone. Supposed to be announced next week. Miami, Wake, ECU and now the Heels.

What can we say but well done App and it hurts to say that. If only we had the leadership and vision that their leadership has. Oh well, we can't go back and change things now. The sad thing is that our current leadership does not get it and are doing nothing to improve our lot. Oh well, we don't have athletic teams that we can be proud of other than baseball and baseball is only good because we have had great coaches and they have exceeded expectations despite the sorry leadership that we have. Football and Men's Basketball has been horrible for so long that it has become a joke with other schools and their alumni. We are the Cantamounts. GO CATS!!!

Sadly, FLCAT, I am starting to believe it. I'll give Dr Belcher a pass due to the health scare he had but Randy "it's up to you to give more" Eaton is starting to be all show and no go in my book and it ain't just me that feels that way. We are maybe 20% better from the Bardo regime but that is like being voted the tallest kid in Kindgergarten. Meaning you're STILL short.

We are maybe 20% better from the Bardo regime but that is like being voted the tallest kid in Kindgergarten. Meaning you're STILL short. I have always felt that Randy is all show and no go since the first time I saw him in a press conference when he announced Coach Speir as our new head football coach. He went to the podium and commenced telling everyone that I told you that I would have a head coach by a certain time and by golly, I delivered on my promise. What has he done? Has he hired great coaches? The jury is out on all of his hires in my opinion. Has he improved facilities?, has he convinced our music major Chancellor that athletics are important to the mission of the University? Don't worry, if we have another losing season in football like last year after this basketball season for the men and women, the Catamount Club giving that has gone up in recent years will go back down, because people are getting tired of giving when the administration is not doing anything to improve facilities or athletics at Western. All we get from Randy is that we can't afford this or that and the only way to build anything is to raise all the money at once and pay as you go. We don't have the alumni base for that and he should know that if he knows Western. Maybe he does not understand Western. All we get from Randy and the Chancellor is that we can't afford this or that for athletics. In the meantime, App is hosting UNC, Wake, ECU and Miami in football. It is just sorry leadership when it comes to athletics and the results speak for themselves.
