It's now 78 days until the kickoff of Catamount football on Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, September 1, 2018, against the Newberry College Wolves, in Cullowhee.
For the season's kick-off game, the Cats will host a "White Out" in E.J. Whitmire Stadium as the Cats sport their all-white look, white Adidas jerseys over white pants; and for the fourth-straight year, a postgame fireworks extravaganza.
To help pass those long summer days, and hopefully get the Catamount faithful more excited about the upcoming season, and knowledgeable of the team members, we'll continue the 100-day football countdown each day until kickoff day.

Added four receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown as a senior ... Name first team All-Marshall County and earned all-region plaudits ... Earned Zaxby's Player of the Game eight times during his junior and senior years including five times in his final season.
