In the Catamount Football Weekly - Week #2 (video), Coach Speir states that Ian Berryman was back at practice and kicking again this past week. I take it to mean he should play in next Saturday's Gardner-Webb game. If you haven't seen the video, here's a link www.catamountsports.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=12100&ATCLID=211770914 just scroll down the article to the video. It's not a youtube video (NeuLion) and does not allow you to post the video on other websites, otherwise, I would have posted it here.

Yes, he will be back at Gardner Webb. I hope that Hurricane Florence doesn't negatively impact the game.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the game is affected. If it stays on it’s path Charlotte area could see some high winds and lots of rain.

Any chance they would move the game to Cullowhee? But of course, there is probably a poor forecast for Cullowhee, too.

Any chance they would move the game to Cullowhee? But of course, there is probably a poor forecast for Cullowhee, too. All up in the air right now (pardon the pun). Hurricanes are so unpredictable. Remember a hurricane brushed the coast two years ago and the weather in Greenville for the ECU game was less than perfect, but not a total washout like FU last year. We should play in rain and some wind, but lightning is the big no-no.

I'll be in the stands rain or shine. I'd bet on rain.

Forecast for Shelby area (a few miles from Gardner-Webb) is 50% chance of thunderstorms on Saturday evening. Cullowhee is supposed to be partly cloudy and only a 20% chance of showers.

Yes, he will be back at Gardner Webb. I hope that Hurricane Florence doesn't negatively impact the game. That is good news. If we can also get Horton to kicking them into the end zone on kickoffs, we'll be set, but I hope it doesn't come down to the kicking game against GWU, and the score is not close.

I would bet anything that Gardner Web would not move the game to Cullowhee even if we were playing them in Wilmington with a 100 percent of 80 mph winds. Those are most aggravating group of people that have ever lived right after the crowd in boone.
