After a long couple of weeks, we return to Cullowhee Saturday! Serving up Apple Cider Pumpkin Shandies at 9:00 Baby Back Ribs are on the menu, so we're sharing our favorite recipe. We'll see ya down by the creek!
BABY BACK RIB RECIPE 1. Turn the ribs over to the underside and remove the layer of white membrane covering the ribs. 2. Rub all the ribs in a thin layer of Olive Oil, and add salt, pepper, and garlic. Lay onion rings on top of the ribs for flavor. 3. Stand the ribs up in a pan with about 1" of apple juice and cover the pan with foil. 4. Bake at 250F for 5 hours or so. (until the bone sticks out from the meat about half an inch) 5. Drain and place them in the refrigerator to cool. 6. Wrap in foil for transporting to your tailgate. 7. Unwrap ribs and place on grill, while grilling baste with your favorite sauce and cook on each side until hot.
