The Big South just got bigger. He's going to flourish over there. I'm glad he's interested in a team with an RPI of 297 out of 359 schools, and comes in at #311 in the NET. Upstate finished 5-18 overall and 5-11 in the big south. The big south was ranked 24th out of 31 conferences. Yep, he made a BIG step up.

Teams struggle then improve by recruiting good players who can makes a difference. It's always in the player's best interest to go where he's wanted/needed and valued. They're record was based on a season ravaged by covid-19. Either way he'll be just fine at Upstate chief.

You were the one bragging on Upstate. I just made the point, it's not a move up for Langlais, I wish he was staying at Western. But it's his future, he's got to do what he thinks is best for himself. Hopefully he should flourish on a mediocre team, in a mediocre league. Hopefully they'll beat Winthrop a couple times during the season. Best of luck to him.

Read my intial comment then tell me what I said. But again, he'll be just fine.
