The Wofford College Department of Athletics has partnered with RJ Rockers Brewing Company to launch "Golden Session Ale." The beer commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Terrier Club.
Golden Session Ale" became available on July 1 and is available only through the RJ Rockers Brewing Company, located in downtown Spartanburg. The limited-edition series (1,000 cases) also will be served at Wofford alumni and community events, including the Terrier Club Fall Kickoff on September 17. Additional retail locations will be announced as they become available.
The brewer describes "Golden Session Ale" (5.2% ABV) as lightly hopped with a medium body and clean finish. The label for the beer was designed by the Wofford College Office of Marketing and Communications and features a stylized Main Building in gold on black with the Terrier Club 75th anniversary logo.
