Is Furman padding their numbers? I'll say this, do you think there was over 11k at our homecoming game? It was a good crowd and we count season ticket holders whether they show or not. I don’t think there were that many butts in seats but we probably sold that many tickets. |

I don't understand Samford. Well - yes - I guess I do. They are in Alabama where everyone is either a Bama fan or an Auburn fan. But still - they have really improved their program in the last 10 years and should be able to bring in a few more fans. At least double 3,000. |

Doing some quick math, looks like we would need to have around 11.5k at the game to take over the lead (and of course have a good crowd against ETSU to keep it). I went on the ticket site, and it looks like there are a whole lot of seats available. Realistically what do we think the announced crowds will be? Coming off 2 wins this seems like the weekend for people to show up.

Furman has one more home game next week against VMI, and we wrap our home schedule with ETSU. Generally speaking, we have had pretty decent crowds in the ETSU series. A win this weekend would probably boost our attendance next week and negatively impact Furman's for their last game. it would be awesome to win the attendance crown and possibly get up towards a .500 record in conference in these last 3 games. Let's go Cats!
