Samford was the big winner on Friday, knocking off #1 Wofford, with Mercer's win the Bears are now tied again for fist place with the Terriers. Other than Samford's home will, all the visiting teams won in conference play on Friday, with WCU beating VMI, Mercer over ETSU, and UNCG beating the Citadel. Final scores:
