FINAL | Western Carolina 15, Mercer 5 Gavin Mortenson struck out a career-high nine, Catamounts scored runs in six of the eight innings they took swings to take game two and claim the @soconsports series with a 15-5 win. Game three is Sunday at 1 pm on ESPN+

Game 2 goes to The Cats. We win the series. Tomorrow we go for the sweep. We are improving. So far 2 decisive wins over a very good Mercer squad. There is no doubt we have played some of our best baseball this week/weekend. Too bad we didn't get to watch those games on ESPN.
