Track & Field Heads to Liberty for Darius Dixon Invitational
The Western Carolina track & field teams compete in their final pre-Southern Conference Championship tune-up this weekend as the Catamounts head to the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational hosted by Liberty on Friday and Saturday.
Live results for the meet are available via a link on catamountsports.com. Portions of the meet are scheduled to be streamed on ESPN+ (paid subscription required) on Friday from 5:30-9 p.m. and Saturday from Noon-4 p.m.
In addition to WCU, SoCon foes ETSU, Furman, and VMI along with meet host Liberty, Appalachian State, Bryant & Stratton (Va.), Campbell, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Davidson, East Carolina, Elon, Georgetown, High Point, James Madison, Lynchburg, Maryland, Morgan State, Navy, Penn, Queens, Radford, Richmond, UNCW, VCU, Virginia, Wake Forest, and William & Mary have student-athletes entered.
