I thought of a motivational idea that could be used to try to have the Samford game as A Sale out. If the ticket office could start a count down like we are doing with the team numbers that we started at 100 days before the first game, to start a count down of tickets sold for the Samford game starting Monday of next week. Monday, we will be 48 days before September 9th. Monday, if the ticket office could announce how many tickets have already been sold for the Samford game, and announce the count every Monday, until we get to the Monday before the game.
My prediction of the score of the game/ WCU 42/ Samford 38
My prediction of the Arkansas game: Arkansas 45/ WCU 28: My hope is that we come out of the game against Arkansas without many injuries.

This will be my first official post so glad to be on here didn't realize this board existed but this is awesome!!! Can't wait till season opener versus Samford Bulldogs!! First time opening at Home since 1986 against a SoCon opponent!! I gotta Western but it's close expecting a high scoring game

I thought of another way to encourage the students to come to this first home game(Samford) would be to have a contest with the sororities and the fraternities for the most members to attend as well as residents of the dormitories and present trophies for the winning dorm, fraternity and sorority.
If you can get as many students to attend as possible, you not only have a very large attendance, but get students to become Catamount supporters instead in the parking lot during the game to simply socialize.
