Western Carolina catcher/outfielder Adam Martin has been named the Southern Conference Player of the Week and battery-mate Jeremy Null has been named the SoCon Pitcher of the Week for all games April 15-21. The selections are made by the league office. Read more here |

and shout out to big Jeremy Null for also adding Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week to his resume, if you are counting that is his second LSNPOW this season. Also the CatswithBats have been crushing the ball as of late lets run down some stats.
we are 39th in the country in scoring at 6.5runs a game, 30th in team BA at .302, 9th in slugging with .465, tied for 7th in HRs with 39, 5th in total hits with 455 and 1st in the NATION in doubles with 106. we are getting scary folks lets hope they stay focused until July
