NCAA committees recommend rule changes for men’s, women’s basketball The NCAA Men’s Basketball Rules Committee recommended a significant focus on freedom of movement and a change to how block/charge calls will be made, and the NCAA Women’s Basketball Rules Committee recommended adding a 10-second backcourt rule during their respective annual meetings in Indianapolis. The monitor rules are turning the game into a tortoise race. I saw games stopped to review the monitor for frivilous reasons last season.
The game does need freed up. Its starting to look like sumo wrestling.
