I do feel some students will still head to Sylva as there are some good places there BUT it is at least nice now to have more options. I noticed where Mill and Main's closed in Sylva. I hope Speedy's is still doing well. Love that place and of course O'Malley's is the main hangout over there.
I still love hearing the old timers talk about the "drive to Waynesville"....LOL! GO CATS!

I love Speedys and O'Mall's hope they stay. Speedy's is an icon! I can see it being tough for the students (no job yet) to keep them in business but they should hold there own with staff, alumni, visitors, and athlete's disposable food stipends.
