After a difficult Georgia road trip and 5 losses, the Cats return to Cullowhee for a weekend series with the Rider Broncs. Rider out of the MAAC, comes in with a 3-9 record. The Broncs have lost 8 of their last nine games. |

Pitching has been a big disappointment, both starting pitching and certainly the relief pitching.

Tough swing through Georgia, glad that's done.
Congrats to Cody, Dykota, Danny and Jacob for keeping the bats hot in Georgia.
Now it's time to DEFEND FORTRESS CULLOWHEE from the Rider Broncs from NJ.
Look for the pitching to make a turn for the better this weekend.

Due to the weather forecast for Sunday (rain), Sunday's game will be played as part of a double header on Saturday. Saturday's game 1 will start at 12:30 pm with game 2 starting approx 30 minutes after the completion of game 1. No streaming video of Saturday's games. |
