Cats picked by coaches to win SoCo title

Granted we have only one person returning who has started in the outfield in Fortress Cullowhee, however we have two plus outfielders (starters with good numbers) transferring in who are just as good as the guys they are replacing. They have looked good in the fall and so far this spring.
The question is as always the pitching. Yes it is hard to replace pitchers the caliber of Jordan Smith and Jeremy Null. That being said I hope we will be suprised by the way some of our guys will step up, I think between Sammons, Davis, Anderson, Williams, Nobles, Waszack and Suttles we will find 3 quality starters. Once the freshmen Nail, Biumi and Sikes get their feet wet I see them contributing. Tyler Powell should continue to be a quality starter and there maybe some help from Matt Smith and Hoyle if needed. However you really don't know what you have until the season starts and cleats hit the field. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope the guys come together and play to the fullest of their potential. If that happens hello Regionals.
