The double header today (Sunday) has first pitch at 12 noon, and is on ESPN3.
If the schedule is correct, the second game will be carried on SDN.

Watched most of all of the 3 games from Lexington on the computer.
Friday - Pitching was pitiful in terms of Walks. We were extremely fortunate that VMI never got a hit after we walked the bases loaded. They left the bases loaded in 4 innings. We gave up few hits, so the pitching was doing something right. We brought out the big bats. Good offensive show.
Sunday Game 1 - Good offensive show continued. Our pitching was quite satisfactory, although VMI finally got their bats going n the middle innings. They came into the weekend as one of the HR leading teams in the SoCon.
Sunday Game 2 - Our offensive show continued. VMI's very porous defense put them in a big hole early. (Christmas came early.) However, their bats got really warmed up and, aided by some of our errors, got them back into the game (10-10 tie after 6 innings). B J Nobles did a fine job shutting them down in the final 3 innings.
We have swept two SoCon series ON THE ROAD ! That is a tremendous accomplishment.

Play a team that is worth a $h!t and lose two of three at VMI. Anytime you can sweep a series on the road it is great but pitching is still hard to watch.
