I sure hope Furman does not decide to start playing ball this coming weekend. They have a pre-season All-SoCon choice pitcher (Will Gaddis) that was supposed to be the best in the league. So far, that award goes to Bryan Sammons.

I hope we can keep Mercer (likely) and Furman in the other bracket for playoff purposes. With an RPI around 100, it's doubtful we'd get an at-large bid. |
