Which leads WCU to 6th place in both men's & women's SoCon cup standings (out of 10 teams). Last year, we finished the athletic year in 7th place in both men's & women's cup standings.

The administration both Athletic and the folks in the Robinson building should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves.  To recruit student athletes to come to Western to represent us on the fields and courts of play and then not give them the resources to compete.  The folks in charge are cheating our student athletes and not giving them the opportunity to compete.  The Chancellor, his staff, Randy and his staff and the so called Board of Trustees should all be embarrassed and ashamed for stabbing our student athletes in the back and not giving them resources to succeed.  All we get is poor mouthing.  We are the laughing stock of the SoCon and we are cheating our student athletes.  The record and lack of funding speaks for itself.  It will not change, but at least now, people know that we have been lied to for years by the folks in charge.  Shame on Western and the administration including athletics.
