Western Carolina at Samford (Cats find another way to lose in Birmingham - they won't be ready for this game either) Wofford at Chattanooga (the short haired dogs have the SoCon by the tail, no one in the SoCon can stop them) Gardner-Webb at ETSU (the Bucs are on a roll at home)

Western over Samford by 2 touchdowns. They can't stop us and the defense improves. GO WESTERN! Chattanooga beats the Terriers ETSU beats GW GO CATS!!!

I love Western but we are not beating Samford and Wofford is going to win this week and the Socon. ETSU is for real this year There is no need to play the games then. Sounds like you know who is going to beat who before the game is played. We will beat Samford and I think Chattanooga is back in form based on their record. ETSU is OK but we will beat them also. With all that said, we might not win another game this year but I don't know how we know until we play the games.

I get your point but teams can't win if they don't have a good D which we do not

I love Western but we are not beating Samford and Wofford is going to win this week and the Socon. ETSU is for real this year I just took a look at ETSU statistically, as I had already stated that they are 3-0 in SoCon games but could easily be 1-2 or 0-3. On offense, they rank dead last in scoring (20.8 points per game). They rank 4th in scoring defense, but they have played the #6 (Chatt - who will probably continue to stay low), #7 (VMI), and #8 (Furman - who should rise) scoring offenses in the league so far (couldn't play #9 because that is them). So the defense that sounds like it is good has yet to play the top 5 scoring offenses. ETSU ***may be*** for real, but they are a product of their schedule so far. They will get to 5-1 with a win over Gardner-Webb this weekend, but then they play Citadel, Wofford, Mercer, us, and Samford to close out. It might surprise some, but ETSU had the #3 defense last year in yards allowed per game, but they had the 8th best in points given up. Against those same SoCon teams they have left, ETSU (with mostly the same defensive players) gave up 31, 31, 23, 49, and 42 in 2017. They also really struggled against the triple option - giving up tons of yards and 31 points to both TO teams who usually don't score a ton of points.
I think ETSU will probably finish around 6 to maybe 7 wins. For perspective, on their board they are jumping for joy at the thought of possibly getting to 5-1 regardless of the schedule. And they are full-on pumped that they could get to 6 or 7 wins and possibly have a winning SoCon record (5-3).
