Notice you posted No Video.
Wonder what the situation will be for most home games this year?
ESPN+ ? The SoCon Digital Network did not last very long...

There is always less video and radio coverage during the time period baseball and basketball overlap.

There is always less video and radio coverage during the time period baseball and basketball overlap. For the money that WCU is paying to the SoCon, what is WCU getting for the bucks coming out of WCU? There is no media days for the Sports Programs & reduced TV Exposure unless you want to pay to see your favorite team.

I think it's more of a problem of having someone to call the games. Hooker is doing a lot of that work, in addition to all of his SID responsibilities.

Jerry, with all the new players on the roster this season, absolutely nothing is coming out about how strong this team can be this season. On paper, the Pitching Staff looks like it might be weak but we have no clue about the position players. Are we going to be a better hitting team & a better defensive team? Will we have Pitchers that can throw strikes & a Staff with good depth? I guess we will all be flying blind with the start of this season.

We've got some pretty good looking transfers from JC, hopefully, it will help in pitching which as you know was awful last year. I'm thinking we should end this weekend with 3 wins, if not, we may be in for a long season again.

With the tremendous influx of new players this year, I am concerned about good "team chemistry".
I did not get to a single game last year due to some health issue and other commitments, but as I followed the team when/if I could, poor team chemistry (or poor coaching/team chemistry) seemed to be the major problem.
Soon after the close of that dumpster fire, Moranda sacrificed both asst. coaches on the scapegoat altar. Was that a needed and justified move? Was that the right move? I don't know. But we will begin to find out pretty soon...
Go Cats !!!

As you know from my background, I’m very interested in the Baseball Program.

The weather forecast for the weekend in Cullowhee did not look too favorable when I looked this morning.
Lots of rain Friday-Sunday.
