Top of the 2d, it's 9-0 Wofford. 7 runs scored in the 2d inning, no outs, Cats working on their third pitcher of the inning.
This Catamount team looks like the "Badnews Bears".
Bobby, save yourself some embarrassment, just forfeit this game and live to play tomorrow.

Wofford rolling again in the 3rd; now 13-0 and still no outs. What an embarrassing mess. And to think I thought we could get back to the playoffs..... Sheesh.
Oh I almost forgot, we’re getting no hit so far too.

This team should be totally embarrassed, from the Head Coach on down to the batboy.

This team should be totally embarrassed, from the Head Coach on down to the batboy. You know what bothers me is the fact that Wofford has beaten us in Football, Basketball & now Baseball. They have a total enrollment of approximately 1,600 students. We have more students in our Freshman Class than Wofford has in total enrollment.

Like someone said, we have no business playing in the Southern Conference. Not football or basketball and certainly not baseball. I was going to Cullowhee on Saturday to watch the football practice and the 2d baseball game, now I don't have the stomach for it.
I'll stay home and save the gas money.

Sometimes it is just not your day when it comes to team sports. We beat UNCG 24-4 one day and the next day we beat them 2-1. If coach goes .500 this year, he will set the stage for a very good year next year. Going .500 will be a major achievement over the 7 win season last year. I see allot of improvement over last year and this team is pretty young so i think the future is bright.

Pretty sad state for this program when 500 season is considered a successful building block to the next year. We used to win championships every year even with young teams.
